Captain Elizabeth K. Ladd is an Assistant Professor of Military Aerospace Studies and Recruiting Officer for the Air Force for the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (R.O.T.C.), Detachment 20, University of Arizona, Tucson, Arizona.  She leads, recruits, trains, and evaluates cadets as prospective United States Air and Space Force officers.

Captain Ladd is a 2014 graduate of the University of Michigan, and entered the Air Force through the Reserve Officer Training Corps after earning her Bachelors of Engineering in Computer Science Engineering. Captain Ladd completed Undergraduate Cyber Training and served as Deputy Flight Commander, Operations Flight, 86 Communications Squadron, Ramstein AB Germany, where they provided Command, Control, Communications and Computer capabilities for 8 Combatant Commands, Headquarters USAFE, NATO Air Headquarters, and three Wings. Capt Ladd also served as an Instructor at the Officer Training School, Maxwell AFB, Ala. where she earned the distinction as Master Instructor. Following this assignment, Capt Ladd was selected for the Cyber and Intelligence Experience Exchange Tour Program. Following the Intelligence Officer Course, Capt Ladd served as the Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Division (ISRD) Chief of Training for the 612 Air Operations Center (AOC), Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Ariz. In this position, Capt Ladd directed the training program for 70 intelligence professionals and provided dynamic intelligence support to the 612 AOC Combat Operations Division.
