Complete the AFROTC Form 28 (Sports Physical). This must be completed before you can participate in physical training.  Bring your form with you on the day of New Student Orientation.

NOTE: Please complete the sports physical in the month of August, as it's only valid for one academic year starting from the month of completion. If you have a fully qualified DoDMERB, MEPS, or Form 422, you do not need to complete the AFROTC Form 28. You will also need to print it out for your medical authority; however, we will have blank copies available during NSO if you cannot complete it beforehand.

Please bring the following documents below with you to NSO (ONLY ORIGINALS/OFFICIAL COPIES):

1. Social Security Card
2. Full Form Birth Certificate (Short Form Birth Certificates are not accepted)
Reach out to your state's vital records office to get a full form copy if needed
3. Drivers License (only if you have one)
4. Proof of U.S. Citizenship (only if you were born outside of the United States)
5. Military Dependent ID (only if you have one)

6. DD 214/DD 785 (If prior service or academy personnel)

Step 1 - Create an account in WINGS

Please visit the WINGS website and click on "Apply for AFROTC" to create an account in WINGS.

After successfully creating an account in WINGS, complete the "My AFROTC Application" section of your WINGS profile. Follow the Application Guide for step-by-step instructions.

Please pay special attention to steps in 2.11, "Releases & Forms," and 2.11.1 of the Application Guide.

Please visit the Class Sign-Up Guide for information on what AFROTC classes to register for.

All students are required to register for Aerospace Studies, Leadership Laboratory, and Physical Training.

Step 3 - Enrollment Application
