Lt Col William Singiser

Lieutenant Colonel William Singiser is the Operations Officer at Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps, Detachment 020, The University of Arizona, Tucson, Arizona. He is responsible for the formal training and education of over 100 officer candidates and serves on the University of Arizona faculty as an Assistant Professor of Aerospace Studies.

Lieutenant Colonel Singiser is a 2006 graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs, Colorado.  During his cadet career, he participated in the Cadet Exchange Program to the United States Naval Academy, Annapolis, Maryland.  He is a direct accession into the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI) and earned his badge and credentials as an AFOSI Special Agent upon graduation from the United States Air Force Special Investigations Academy in March 2007.

Lieutenant Colonel Singiser served in a variety of assignments as a Special Agent with AFOSI at the detachment and region-level, both in garrison and in contingency operations. He is a two-time AFOSI Detachment Commander and led felony-level criminal, fraud, and counterintelligence investigations and operations in support of United States Air Force personnel, resources, and installations in both Arizona and Delaware.  He completed contingency deployments to both Afghanistan and Djibouti and directly participated in Air Forces Southern (12th Air Force) operations in Curaçao, Honduras, Peru, and Suriname.  Prior to this assignment, he served as the Counterintelligence Branch Chief and Command Counterintelligence Coordinating Authority at the Counterintelligence and Human Intelligence Division, U.S. Forces Korea, Seoul, Republic of Korea.
